1. About these terms
These are the terms between you (the reader) and Northstar Almanac (us). By using northstaralmanac.com or buying anything from us, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't buy.
2. About the products
We sell digital PDF workbooks and planners, and offer a free Big Three reading. All products are delivered as downloadable files. No physical items ship.
3. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this site. The free Big Three reading is intended for adult readers; if you're under 18, please don't enter personal data into the quiz without a parent or guardian.
4. Personal use, not redistribution
When you buy a PDF from Northstar Almanac, you receive a non-transferable license for personal use. You may print as many copies as you like for yourself. You may not resell, redistribute, share the file with others, post it publicly, or modify and republish its contents. The copyright in the workbook content, design, and brand belongs to Northstar Almanac.
5. No prediction, no advice
The content on this site is offered for reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. We don't predict specific events in your life. If you're making a decision with real consequences, ask a person who knows your situation — not a workbook.
6. AI assistance
We use AI tools in production — drafting, layout, and editorial assistance. A person reviews every workbook before it ships. The personalized Big Three reading is generated from the chart calculated from your birth data; the reading copy itself was written and edited by a human, then reassembled per chart at render time. This disclosure also sits in the footer of every page on the site.
7. Refunds
Read the workbook for thirty days. If it doesn't change how you see the year, write to hello@northstaralmanac.com and we'll refund the full price. Full details on the Refund Policy page.
8. Prohibited uses
You agree not to: (a) scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the site beyond normal browsing; (b) attempt to break the site's security or interfere with other readers; (c) use the site or our content for any unlawful purpose; (d) impersonate another person to access a refund or download you are not entitled to.
9. Warranty disclaimer
The site and the workbooks are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northstar Almanac is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or US$100, whichever is greater.
11. Changes to these terms
If we materially change these terms, we'll post the new version here with a fresh “last updated” date and, for subscribers, send a short email summarizing the change. Continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.
12. AI-content disclosure
We disclose our use of AI on every page footer and in §6 above. We do not pretend a human astrologer reads your chart for the free Big Three reading; we don't mislead about which parts of the product were AI-assisted; we don't train any AI model on your personal data.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Northstar Almanac is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by email will be brought in the courts of that state.
